An AVR programmer/tool based on the ATmega32u4. It includes many breakouts for many different functions, including ISP and UART, as well as selectable target power voltage.

BOM:

• R2,R3: 22 ohm 0805
• R4,R5,R6,R7,R8: 2.2K ohm 0805
• C4: 10uF 0805
• C2: 0.1uF 0805
• C3: 1uF 0805
• D1,D5: Red LED 0805 (Marked “Error” and “!” on the board)
• D2: Blue LED 0805 (Marked “Power”)
• D3: Yellow LED 0805 (Marked “Prog”)
• D4: Green LED 0805 (Marked “Ready”)
• U1: ATMEGA32U4-AU (TQFP)
• Y1: 16 Mhz Murata resonator
• SW4: EVQQ2 switch
• J1: USB_A Molex 48037-0001

All other connectors are 2.54 pitch male pin headers. Jumpers J7, J8, J9 and J10 require pin jumpers like: http://a.co/bSmXWlI to bridge at least two pins for operation.

NB: The USB-A connector footprint is backwards on this design! If you want to assemble this board, you can mitigate this by mounting the connector to the back of the board instead of the front. Otherwise I believe this board works.
