Redesigned pcb layout according to data sheet, revised resistor values for 4.15 V overvoltage, 3.58 V undervoltage, and 3.71 V battery OK and 3.79 V battery hysteresis. All a better match to the small 3.7 V (4.2 V max) LiPo batteries I am using.
