Certain revisions of the Super Nintendo contain the the below stated chip. Those revisions are SHVC-CPU-01, SNS-CPU-GPM-01 and the SNS-CPU-GPM-02
This quick and dirty little PCB grabs Pr and Pb output from the SENC -A BA6592F. Just wire pin 1 (R-Y) and Pin 24 (B-Y) to this board and it will proportionally amplify the R-Y and B-Y signal from the SNES.
Grab +5Volts from anywhere you like (I recommend from the 7805) and grab ground from anywhere you like (you can also grab that from the 7805)
For the SENC-B BA6594AF just wire two 220uF capacitors from Pin 1 (R-Y) and Pin 24 (B-Y), and connect the negatives ends of the capacitors to the Pr and Pb jacks. The capacitors make the BA6594AF work without oversatured colors, Do not wire an amplifier to BA6594AF. Unlike the BA6592F, the SENC-B is able to output YPbPr without needing any kind of amplifier, so if you do amplify the YPbPr outputs, you’ll end up with oversaturated colors.

EDIT: Please ground everything. unlike i thought years ago, ground is required on all jacks period. I was an idiot then with circuitry.
