This board can be used 3 ways: s video, brightness fix, and or wireless rgb signal connection. Can use any combo and or all in one or any way you like. all components are 0603 package except the 220 uf 3528 tantalum cap the stripe needs to face the y pad on pcb(stripe is positve). the top row of resistors on top of board are all 75 ohm. The bottom row resistors(the 3 on the right, marked r g b) are all 1.5k ohm, then to the left of those are a .1 uf ceramic cap under c pad and a 75 ohm resistor under the y pad. For s video, take the two wires from the encoder(pin 12 chroma pin 17 luma) and send the wires to the right then wrap around the board to the pcb on back. For rgb and or brightness fix, line up the multiout holes on the pcb to the very right pins of the snes motherboard multiout. add solder to the left pad of c8 and c6 of the motherboard and the right pad of c7(the pcb should line up). solder those pads for rgb. For csync, add a cap leg into the via above r37 there are 3 holes its the rightmost hole(the pcb should line up) then solder it to the via on the pcb.
